Oregon women’s team leads UO to 7-0 start in first game of the Pac-12

The Oregon women have started their first season in the Pac 12 Conference and are averaging over 50 points per game, winning their last two.
The Ducks are also averaging nearly a triple-double, including a school record 26.3 points per contest.
The team also leads the league in assists per game (12.4), is averaging more than 40 minutes of play per game and is shooting a league-best 59.7 percent.
The Pac-10 Conference’s second-best record in a season is 24-8.
Oregon women head coach Kate Malloy will be a member of the NCAA tournament and will be eligible to play in the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament.
