Louisville, Kentucky’s first NCAA tournament game will be played in the state’s capital

— The Cardinals will play their first NCAA Tournament game at Louisville Arena on Saturday.
The game is set to take place at 4 p.m.
ET, the Cardinals announced Saturday.
The game is scheduled for a $5 million home field, but the Cardinals also will pay for airfare for all fans in attendance.
The tournament will be held in Louisville, a city that is one of three participating states in the 2017-18 NCAA Tournament.
The Cardinals are ranked second in the country, one spot ahead of Gonzaga.
