Nebraska is coming off of an 82-65 loss to Michigan in the 2012 NCAA tournament, and they are looking for their first conference championship since 2008.
The Badgers are in their first year in the Big 10, but they are a top-25 team, with a 23-6 record.
The Big Ten championship game is expected to be played on Sunday, January 16.
The Big Ten Tournament is set to be held at the Carrier Dome in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Nebraska will host the Big East champion and top-seeded Villanova on Sunday.
The schedule has Nebraska facing three teams in the regular season: the No, 9 seed Michigan Wolverines, the No., 9 seed Kentucky Wildcats, and No. 14 seed Villanova Wildcats.
