Duke and Notre Dame: What’s next?

Duke and Boston College are the first two ACC programs to lose two straight games and have not played since Feb. 3.
The Blue Devils (17-1) defeated Notre Dame 83-67 on Saturday night, their third consecutive loss to the Fighting Irish.
The Blue Devils have won four straight over the Fighting Illini, but have lost two straight in the series.
Notre Dame’s leading scorer, Trevon Duval, finished with 18 points and 12 rebounds.
For the season, Notre Dame is 29-5 when playing Duke.
Despite the loss, the Blue Devils remain one of the favorites in the ACC.
They are the only unbeaten team remaining in the conference and have a five-game winning streak.
Duke is currently ranked No. 11 in the Associated Press preseason poll.
